Dear members of the EYP community,
The European Youth Parliament Greece is proud to open the Call for Organisers for the 2nd University Forum of the European Youth Parliament Greece.
The event will take place in the city of Athens from the 26th till the 29th of November 2026. Under the theme “Oὗdas: Stepping into a sustainable future” the session is going to gather approximately 203 participants from all over Europe.
The Head Organiser of the Forum, Mrs. Eva Kafourou (GR) is looking for 12 people to join the Organising Team. Before applying, we highly encourage you to read the Vision for the Organisers.
All Officials are expected to pay 30€ (for EYP-Greece Officials and for Non-EYP Greece Officials) participation fee, covering participants’ accommodation and food expenses in Athens.
Those who wish to apply as an Organiser are required to apply as follows:
Anyone wishing to apply to become a Core Organizer must fill out the Google Form here (alternatively: https://forms.gle/uTKaDfGCcsQkH1jD9) and submit their application by answering the questions.

The deadline for submitting applications is Sunday 30th of August 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Greek (EEST) time.
All applicants will be informed individually about the outcome of their application via e-mail after the selection period is over.
The selection panel for the Organisers will be composed by the Core Organisers, Ms. Thekla Kandyli (GR), Mr. Chris Kordelis (GR), Ms. Vera Vasileiou (GR), Mr. Dimitris Tsintziroulis (GR) and Ms. Foteini Polyxronidou (GR) alongside the the Head Organising Committee, namely Mrs. Eva Kafourou (GR) with Mr. Panagiotis Tziatzios (GR), representing the NC Board.
